Chilaquiles verdes con Pollo


  • 1/2 cooked chicken breast (100g), cut into strips or shredded
  • 1 package of Moctezuma Pre-cut Tortilla chips 1kg, previously deep-fried
  • 1 jar of Salsa Verde Moctezuma 400 gr
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper (15 gr)
  • 1 onion (150 gr)
  • 2 cloves garlic ( 8 g )
  • 1 Cilantro branch (10 gr)
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground cheese (20 gr)
  • Vegetal oil 1 cup (250 ml )


Heat the pan to high heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Add 400g of Salsa Verde Moctetuma to the pan

Wait until the sauce boils

When the sauce boils, reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes

Reduce heat to low, put into the pan 1 package of fried MOCTEZUMA PRE-CUT TORTILLA CHIPS 1KG and mix with the sauce without breaking them.

Add the chicken strips to the pan, mix the ingredients and cook the green chilaquiles with chicken for about 3 minutes, until the sauce has a very thick consistency; move occasionally. Once ready add cream and cheese to taste, serve with chopped onion and cilantro.
