FLAUTAS DE POLLO

ingredients:

  • 1 package tortilla Moctezuma Orignal 800 gr
  • 300 grams of cooked chicken
  • 100 grams of lettuce
  • 100 grams of onion
  • 100 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of cheese as pleased
  • Moctezuma green sauce as pleased
  • 1 liter of vegetable oil

preparation:

Heat the Moctezuma tortillas in a pan with a bit of vegetable oil to soften them. Once done, put them on a plate with paper towels to remove the excess of oil. Shred the chicken to small strips with your fingers.

Fill each tortilla with chicken, roll up and secure them with a toothpick to mantain its form

Then, fry the Flautas de Pollo with oil in a pan and flip them over every two minutes to prevent they overheat. Cut the onion and lettuce into small pieces.

Finally, once the flautas are ready, serve on a plate and add sour cream, cheese and Salsa Verde Moctezuma on top of them, followed by the onion and lettuce as prefered.
